Good news for drivers – from 1st February, Special 95 will be AED 1.47 – down from AED 1.58 in January.
Super 98 has been priced at AED 1.58 – down from AED 1.69 in January.
Diesel has been fixed at AED 1.37 per litre.
In July, the Ministry of Energy deregulated fuel prices in a bid to encourage people to think about how much fuel they use.
Following the decision, petrol prices were increased by 29 per cent. But after that they continued to fall as global oil prices plunged to less than $30 a barrel.
