Saima Ahmad (corr) was so enraged that she wrote a strongly worded letter to manufacturer Nestle explaining her disappointment and even quoted case law from the 1930s to back up her case. The 20-year-old law student from Enfield, north London, bought a multipack of eight KitKat from her local supermarket for £2 last month to share with her friends. Whinging Saima, a second year law student at Kings College London, feels misled by the company and believes that they have ignored their duty of care to consumers. The massive complainer said: “They go about advertising the unique concept of KitKat, but I’m so disappointed by what I have purchased.
