Recipe: Greek salad


3 tablespoons olive oil
1½ tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tomatoes
¼ red onion
½ cucumber
½ capsicum
4 oz (120g) feta cheese
12 kalamata olives


Put the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano together to let them mix well. Pour the dressing over the salad. You can add ground black pepper too.

Your dish is ready to be served.
