Murgh Kalimiri Recipe

Marinate :

1 kg chicken

1 tsp salt

3 tsp black pepper

2 tsp garam masala

1tsp dhania powder

1tsp zeera powder Marinate and keep aside for about 2 hours.

For the gravy:

5 onions (finely chopped)

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

4 tbsp curd

5-6 chillies slit

2 tbsp oil

4 tbsp cream/malai


Add oil to a pan add the chopped onions and fry until golden brown.add the ginger garlic paste.bit of salt and saute for a while. Now add the curd and cook until you see oil on the sides add the slit green chillies. Lastly add the marinated chicken and cook on a low flame until the chicken is soft and cooked tenderly. Now add cream/ malai towards the end check for seasoning and put down the flame. Garnish with fresh green coriander.
