Mighty Tomato Juice

Spinach is a useful source of iron. It contains good amount of vitamin C, E, and B1, and of course folic acid. Vitamin B1 is particularly important to the sports active person or athlete as it is involved in the conversion of carbohydrates into energy and is used for the normal functioning of nerves and muscle tissue. Vitamin E is also useful for athletes, as it offers optimal immune responses to exercise induced injury.
Tomatoes build strong bones.The vitamin K and calcium in tomatoes are both very good for strengthening and repairing bones. Lycopene also has been shown to improve bone mass, which is a great way to fight osteoporosis. Tomatoes are a very good source of chromium, which helps to regulate blood sugar and keeps it in balance. It works effectively to help diabetics keep their blood sugar levels under better control.
Tomatoes contain a great deal of Vitamin A and Vitamin C. This is primarily because these vitamins and beta-carotene work as antioxidants to neutralize harmful free radicals in the blood. Free radicals in the blood stream are dangerous because it may lead to cell damage. Remember, the redder the tomato you eat is, the more beta-carotene it contains. 3 to 4 Carrots
4 Tomatoes
1/2 Red Pepper
This raw juice is an excellent source of vitamins A, C, B1, B6, Beta Carotene, thiamin, Niacin, folic acid, iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus and provides useful amounts of vitamin E.
