Safety Investigator/Risk Assessor
For this role, the position holder will conduct investigations of safety related events that occur during airline operations, track and trend relevant flight safety events and track recommendations/corrective actions resulting from safety investigations.
During his job tenure, he will conduct in-depth investigation of accidents, incidents, significant events, and other safety issues such as those derived through trend analysis. This includes the collection of flight data and other information in support of event investigation procedures, preparing investigation reports that include the facts, analysis, conclusions/recommendations associated with an event as well as the research of regulatory issues pertaining to the particular event.
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree the same field with minimum two years of experience in a similar role with the safety department of an established airline. He should have formal training in safety/accident investigation and in-depth knowledge of Airline operations. He should be PC literate and well versed in MS Office Suite/Google office applications.
Area Manager – Iran
The jobholder will be responsible for leading the drive for sales while overseeing the carrier’s operational activities of Air Arabia in Iran ensuring maximum brand visibility. The scope of activity includes negotiating and acquiring traffic rights and airport slots within Iran while developing and maintaining relationships with government ministries, tourism departments and other government or semi-government agencies in strict compliance of all Air Arabia activities with their policies and regulations.
He will inspire and motivate general sales agents and others engaged in sales activities in the region to achieve outstanding sales performance and initiates and drives sales campaigns for Iran. He will identify new opportunities for sales, new markets and agents in Iran.
In this position, he will be expected to lead the team and work with a proactive approach and take appropriate decisions based on proper analysis of situations bearing in mind the company’s interests and cost.
The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree with minimum seven years of Airline sales management experience with at least five years in a managerial position within an airline environment.
Call Centre Duty Supervisor
The job seeker is expected to be a dynamic ambitious customer focused individual to join its call center team. The selected individual will supervise call centre agents in providing customers with excellent customer service by providing information in response to inquiries about products and services, making bookings for services including flights and handling and resolving complaints in order to ensure the profitability of the company. He will manage a team of call center agents, floor supervision, motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback.
The candidate should have minimum 2-4 years of experience in the similar field. He should have knowledge of Word, XLS, maintain database. He should have excellent communication skills both in English& Arabic.
Revenue Management Support Executive
The position holder should have strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail to perform the day-to-day support for yield management executives in managing inventory of flights, bookings, etc. He will support the yield management executives; some of them are like, managing inventory over the booking cycle of flights and managing group/individual bookings; assists with PNR revisions, ROE changes, stopover changes, hub changes, re-routing, etc. he will manage tactical promotional fare related activities once approved by the revenue management analysts.
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Accountancy or similar with minimum two years of experience in a similar role within the commercial department of an established airline or in an analytical role.
Flight Operation Auditor
The jobseeker will work with the Quality Assurance Manager in developing and maintaining audit schedules and reporting processes ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and Air Arabia requirements. He/she will be responsible for notifying the concerned areas being reviewed and researching relevant reference documentation and airline specific regulations (UAE GCAA CARs, CAAPs etc.) to ensure compliance. He/she will create audit checklists based on the above and previous audit experiences, achieve agreement on corrective actions to be taken and complete Q-Pulse updates as required.
In this role, the individual should ensure effective liaison with regulatory authorities and other operationally relevant external entities while maintaining and controlling all QA related records in an easily accessible manner. He/she should have the ability to assimilate technical, procedural, and regulatory requirements through the application of analytical and problem solving skills.
The candidate should have an Aircraft Engineering Degree or a valid pilot license with minimum five years of experience in fight operations. He should have knowledge of the legal requirements of GCAA, CAR/JAR-OPS or EASA/FAA including information in fuel auditing and de-icing as per CAR OPS 1 requirement will be an advantage.
