Achari chicken Wings

6-7 Chicken Wings
2 tbsp Ginger – Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Mixed Pickle Spices
1 tbsp Corn flour
2 – 3 tbsp Oil
1 cup Chopped Green Coriander
Salt to taste
Water as required
In a bowl take chicken wings, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Mix it well and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes to marinate.
In small bowl take mixed pickle spices, corn flour and water. Mix it well.
In pan heat oil and put marinate chicken wings. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Pour pickle spices mixture in chicken and cook for some time.
Add green coriander and mix it well.
Achari Chicken Wings is ready to serve.
